Sold us a tree along with potting soil, and any recommend products to plant it. When loaded into my truck it had dead leaves. I was told that was normal because it was clustered amingst the other trees at the nursery. Ok. We used their recommend people to plant it, who mixed the Purchased bags of soil, manure, etc. With 2 weeks it started dying. Called and was told to water it more despite what the tree tag instructions. It continued dying so was told to purchase another product to help in a it was "in shock". It continued to lose leaves. Was good to wait until spring and it will come back better than ever. Did not produce one leaf. Left multiple messages with the nursery and was told, nothing they will do a they are a non profit. Im out 600+ dollars for a dead tree in spite of following their directions to a "T" (have every text message since purchase). There is no willingness to help in any way from them. I highly recommend not purchasing from Community Roots as a result of their unwillingness to do anything but sell you more products and not resolve any type of issues. Look at all my reviews. I only review if exceptional service, products, or the other end of the spectru

Great plants, great prices, and great people! I was able to get plants for my reptile habitats. I also learned they accept EBT to pay for any edible plants. This place is a great commjnity asset.

I visited for the first time! Great location, but be careful getting in and out of parking lot as the traffic goes a bit fast. They have a wide variety of plants and trees at reasonable prices. Friendly, helpful customer service. When you shop here you are supporting a worthy cause, the Food Bank.

I love this place. We just moved to the area and needed help deciding what kind and size of tree to put in our yard. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
